1. Hang up curtains to contain the cold from your Air Conditioner.
2. Big blocks of ice + a fan to keep your apt cold.
3. Leave your freezer door open. (this wont actually work i don't think.)
4. Steal someones air conditioner out of their window while it is on.
5. Get a big long pipe and connect it to your neighbors central air system. Siphon the cold.
